[Wanted] YIL 000023 / TV Entertainment Boot Unit

Hello All!

I'm looking for a YIL 000023 unit. It lives in the boot compartment with the BM54 etc. Mine has water damage. I have a new BM54 and have sound, but I believe this unit is the screen interface.
It's for a '54' non touch screen.
Here's the catch - I need one tomorrow. I'm in Oxford, and will travel to collect if anyone has a known good one?
