[SOLVED] One Touch windows

Before you all shout at me I have RTFM and can find no reference to it.

My windows go down fine with the one touch feature but they will not go up with it.

On my old one I used to be able raise it fully and hold the button for a few seconds then fully open and continue to hold for a few seconds. That would reset them for the one touch operation.

Maybe that's not how it works now so any clues would be most welcome.

Ta muchly Ash

That's how it works on my disco...... Close window and hold for 10 secs. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Hmm - need to get a new IID me thinks - my IID is for my old 54 plate.

Note to self, sell my old one on here to purchase a new one for my model year. Ash

Update - I found the details on the RRSPORT site.

I tried this today on my way to work so engine was running (but not sure if this is necessary)

Worked perfectly..

Quote:

Resetting one touch operation
If the battery is disconnected, becomes discharged or the power supply is interrupted, the one touch up window operation is disabled until the window position is reset.
To reset the window position:
1. Close the window fully
2. Release the switch, then pull up and hold the switch for one second.
3. Repeat the procedure on each window.

Thumbs Up Ash
