future depreciation

I have had a quick look at the finance calculator on the prestige car finance site and noticed the option to defer part of the loan to keep the payments down and settle when you sell in the future.

it has maximum 30% deferred on a 5 year loan.

I was wondering what the general feeling would be over this level being deferred. Do you think a used ffrr would fetch 30% of todays value in 5 years and if so which will models will fall the hardest.
