Un even Suspension Fault

Hi all,

Noticed on a recent long trip that my car seems to be sitting higher on the left than the right, when dropped to Access mode it is not as noticable but in normal height and off road height it's a bigger difference and looks like it's slightly leaning over... also appears stiffer on the N/S than the O/S when driving...

Have provisionally booked into Guava in Guildford next week but wondered if anyone has any thoughts or knows some one who could help... car is a 2002 (52) 4.4 V8

Any thoughts ??

Oh and no messages or faults showing on the dash..... Confused

Thanks

Barry

Hi Andy

Yes the right hand side is same front and back, left hand side same front and back, just that the left is higher than the other...

Strange thing is no faults are being displayed..

To see if it is a failed height sensor switch the screen to 4x4 mode - any dead sensor should show as a red bar above the wheel where the malfunctioning sensor is 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes

I'm using Safari on an iPad so cannot click on the car icon in your signature bj. Maybe older versions of the satnav system don't have the off road info page like the RRS/D3-4/Freelander2 and newer Ffrrs then 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes

Update

Went into Guava and had a reset and a software update and seems to be okay, best of all they did it free of charge saying they wanted to be sure it worked...

With service like that why go anywhere else...

Cheers
