Just looked at mine for 2004 (I have all the brochures and most of the accessory pricelists for all Land Rovers )
Listed is a chromed mirror cover but no body coloured or plain ones Mounty, the chrome one is part number VUB500920MMM, price in 2004 £102.80 + £17.99 VAT..............................

Edit: have also looked through all the brochures for 2003 through to 2006 and there isn't even a picture of a car with body coloured mirror housings in any of them 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes

Should be in the list under the parts only for 2002- 2009 models. The list from here was also in english. They did not bother to translate it. Only price were in Swissfrancs. Its the newest catalouge that came out with the MY2010. Daniel

Don't see anything, even the 2010 doesn't have them according to the LR website, just "Bright finish" caps

Maybe you have to remove the cowl from what you have and paint that. They are available for RRS but I don't know if the two cars have the same mirror design, they look like it but I no longer have an RRS to park beside the FFRR  2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes

Mirrors are different for 2004 MY and earlier and 2005 MY and later (2005 MY+ are the D3/RRS style mirrors).

Mounty, do you have puddle lights in the bottom (underneath) the mirror?
