I used to work for the Citizens Advice they have a decent website adviceguide.org.uk and of course you can always give them a ring and speak in confidence to one of their advisers.

Geoff. Yes already been on to them. It's further along than that now. I intended to peruse it all the way to court.

I might try them again now, see if they can help any further.
