Low Profile USB & Max Capacity

Just wondering how finicky the USB port is on the FFRR? Thinking of one of the low profile flash drives like this Sandisk Cruzer Fit.

Also is there are limit on the capacity the system can deal with, can you go above the old 32GB FAT32 partition size limit?

Thanks
