Scotland 2006 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Buckingham Blue

Next will be some oily bits diff oils, Transfer box, spark plugs and transmission service. Will do the diffs myself and do the engine oil while I'm at it. So noting exiting but more important than any cosmetic mods. But the list I have planned after all service items are taken car of are

* 20" super charged alloys
* 2012 led tail lights
* exhaust mod for slightly louder note
* dog guard

Still not got round to fully detailing the car, paint work does need some attention, just light hologram scratches that have built up over the years nothing that can't be sorted Thumbs Up Range Rover Vogue 2006 4.4 AJV8 | Buckingham Blue | Parchment Leather | Supercharged Grill+Side Vents | CA02 HEY ( NOT 02 PLATE )

Sounds good, although not sure I'm into "partial" 2012 conversions - I know its a lot of money, but it has to be all or nothing for me - I think the back and front should match for an "original" look Thumbs Up

To be honest it was just a thought I had when typing that list. I do really like the 2012 rear lights but they would be last on the list and think when it came to it I would rather just have the money in my pocket.

As much as I would like the 2012 full conversion I dont see myself spending that type of money on cosmetic improvements and would be more likely to put the money to a newer model ffrr. Which is what will inevitably happen as I really don't know what I would get after one of these Mr. Green Range Rover Vogue 2006 4.4 AJV8 | Buckingham Blue | Parchment Leather | Supercharged Grill+Side Vents | CA02 HEY ( NOT 02 PLATE )

Oil and filter change. New oil filter removal tool worked a treat and a 2 litre juice bottle cutt open done the job to deflect the oil into the bucket didn't spill a drop Mr. Green . Diff oils and transfer box oil should arrive on Monday so will get them done hopefully Monday night. Then hopefully get the transmission serviced booked some point next month ( not going to DIY that job )

Finally got round to detailing the car. Didn't get to spend as much time on it as I wanted to but looks 10x better ! Car had a lot of tar on the lower sections and swirls galore !

also found a nice couple of car park dents ! only small ones, paint-less dent removal guy will be able to sort them.

Clay barred, 2 stage machine polish, sealed (CG Jet Seal) and waxed (CG 50/50 Wax - 3 coats)

My 50/50 wax is running low, need to pick a new one Mr. Green

For the polishing I used chemical guys v34 with orange hex logic pad and then 3m anti hologram with a blue 3m soft pad.

Chemical guys v range is very good and I would have liked to have gone through all 4 stages(v32,v34,v36,v38) but didn't have the time. The 3m anti hologram is great stuff and very easy to work with Thumbs Up Range Rover Vogue 2006 4.4 AJV8 | Buckingham Blue | Parchment Leather | Supercharged Grill+Side Vents | CA02 HEY ( NOT 02 PLATE )
