G'Day

I have been playing with the TV in the 08 TDV8 vogue SE today, in
the CCF there is a option to switch from analog to Digital i have done

this but i still don't get any TV stations , i would have thought that with that option there
you should be able to receive digital signal with out adding any extra bits of kit .....am i wrong

cant remember where you are ziggy, australialand or here..

if here then confirm you have a hybird unit and then move the FF to a different location and test there.

if down under then see if the digital signals are the correct mpeg2 type.. ... - .- -.

The cars with the touchscreen 05-09 should all ''read'' digital TV automatically.

But, at the same time, those cars only pick up mpeg2. If your country has mpeg-4, bad luck, you're rather stuck... Very Happy

Don't know if the 10-13 can pick up mpeg 4 or not.

The L405 works with the three systems, analogue, mpeg2, mpeg4

Australia 2008 Range Rover Supercharged 4.2 SC V8 Rimini Red

I can confirm what Craig said Thumbs Up
and that Australia is Mpeg2 so Ziggy you might need to move the car to a better signal area select Aus from the TV options on the touch screen ( I didn't need to change anything in the CCF) and lastly check you have a hybrid tuner but I don't have the different part numbers but the hybrid is slimmer than the old analog . 2008 MY Supercharged

Yep in Oz. I had to change everything in the CCF to Oz settings , even the radio didn't work until I changed that

its a 08 model so should be digital so should my car pick up the Oz TV signal.....(our reception is not the best here

even the house TV brakes up when its stormy or cloudy or windy or hot or raining ) in other words TV reception is hopeless )

But had a win with the map CD brought the latest where is CD and works a treat

Austria 2006 Range Rover Vogue Td6 Zermatt Silver

hello, i live in austria where they will shutdown mpeg2 next year.
is there any solution yet that provides mpeg4?

i was thinking to use the old module and give it analogue signals via an rf modulator?
so you should be able to use any video source.
does anybody tried this yet?

I have the same problem with my 2003 Range Rover Vogue, it has analogue TV.
Is there a plug and play digital replacement?
