hi all, I had the 2006 face lift done on my car about a year ago, any way i have just noticed on my friends 2006
range rover when he flashes his lights his xenon flashes as well, my ones don't..also if his lights are on and he flashes his lights the xenon flips to high and back to dip, my one don't do this, is this because my if a face lift.
they are the same lights and should have a solenoid set with a shutter in the xenon that flips up when high beam is selected... have you got a face lift and does yours do this

dave , i've been messing with my lights lately and on mine the hids do flip to 'full beam' when the mains come on...when you flash the main ,only the main flashs and the hids stay off.....just out of curiosity my mains only pushes out 10 volts when the 'flip main' hid is activated.. ... - .- -.
