Could anybody point me in the right direction of this switch? Travelling over to France in a few weeks.

there's a little lever in the headlight housing that needs to go down for europe and up for the UK... ... - .- -.

Thanks guys, after lots of searching and head scratching in the end I had to call the squeelers, who in their credit went out to find another 2011 so they could talk me through where this is.

You have to remove the plastic cover from the back of the headlight (screws off)

Then it's the little white plastic lever 'tourist switch', up for continental, down for UK.

Here's a pic of it..

Interestingly it's the other way about on earlier models - down for continental. John

bear in mind the voltage warnings on the back of the light. But if you operate the switch with the headlights on while looking at the beam pattern projected onto a wall (or onto you), you can see it cut off the top of the beam in continental mode.
