I have honestly thought about it, but... it's stretching the finances too tight and it'll lose a lot of money in the first few years. That kind of money buys a lot of other things for a growing family, and I'm not selling the Camel to buy one!

Also need to remember my golden rule with Landrovers that has served me well...

Never buy the first 6 months production of any new model as that gives time for them to see what bits drop off and take preventative measures. Doesn't always matter, but often it does. And having recalls and niggles would kill the enjoyment stone dead of a new 65k+ car.

Stilll, they do look nice... Laughing

Edit: I will admit to checking all of the car broker/discount websites, to see what you can save on a new one. Not enough to make it a sensible purchase for those of us without a money tree. Big Cry
