Is this an android head unit?

Hi chaps,
Spotted this on the bay,
Is this one of those android head units as fitted by haylands or is it a different model?

its a very badly fitted headunit,that much i can tell
would not have thought its an android one ( dont know for sure)
i would not touch it , but thats just my opinion

That is defo NOT an Android unit, it's the old one, very slow to work... and IMHO that car is appalling looks like some tonced up chav motor.... Pete
