I've got a VW California camper, and quite a few people on that forum have waterproof covers made by Inka - they seem good quality at a sensible price.

Thanks, I've looked at these however they require the rear headrests to be removed to fit - and I can't remove my DVD ones!

I wonder whether the thing to do, is buy some covers from a company like Inka, then simply alter the headrest covers with a full width cut along the bottom, and then Velcro sewn in to fit them back on??

There was a guy a show last year who seemed to be selling a decent product.

I saw this firm at the CLA game fair, they are currently developing L322 canvas seat covers and the demo set at their stand looked very good indeed, very smart:

INKA are only 5 miles from me and I could do with a set so have emailed them, I'd like to go along and see the quality.

Update: INKA wouldn't allow me to view the products at their base location, can only order by phone or online. Not done so as I am checking out who else might do them Discovery 4 HSE

I finally got some inka covers and they are great, fit nicely and seem of a very good quality. Best to call them to order, their website isn't great but the customer service team were awesome in sending the right product out! So far so good..

Does your car have electric headrest on the front seats? (Which cannot be removed), if so how do they fit?

They are crap with email and the website isn't great; however I spoke to Tom in their sales team and he was brilliant. My covers have a large velcro opening at the top so fit over the headrests without the need to remove. The headrest covers fit the DVD screens perfectly. Sorry no pictures yet - will take some over the weekend and post. Overall, I'm very impressed with them, lovely fit and look great! Shame about their website... 2007 RR Vogue SE TDV8 2003 RR Vogue TD6 |
