did mine a couple of weeks ago and i used comma syner-g 5w 40 fully synthetic as per wiki. castrol edge about twice the price + the comma comes in 5ltr bottles you only need two, castrol is 4ltr so you need 3.

its the bay of e. just type in comma syner-g 5w 40 and results come up.

dont forget to check euro car parts as they sometimes have promo discounts,i did my wifes audi last month all filters and oil for £36 after the discount delivered to my door |
