My friend has a 2004 RR with a dead passenger door lock with the door locked and closed. I used my iidtool on it and it said broken door actuator or something like that. I've read that destroying the door card is the usual fix but a battery reset may work.
Can the iidtool help? What is meant by battery reset? Is that just a full disconnect? Thanks.

Also I found the thread with the release from the rear passenger door but to get the button to lift would be easiest.
