54plate FFRR Vogue - Import......... potential issues/value?

Hi Guys, found one in the spec I want - http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/adv...?logcode=p

Calling LRCS it appears that it was registered in Germany but is a UK spec car.

Question A / Is there any difference with UK specs registered in Germany?
Question B / Will this cause problems moving forward such as not able to get recall work done etc?
Question C / Will it impact on resale?
Question D / Is it worth £16699?

it'll be out of warranty ,so no problems there. as for recall ,if they aint done now then theres a good chance that non are pending...the only way to find out if the price is worth it is to scan ebay,pistonheads and autotrader and make comparisons.. ... - .- -.
