Shouldn't have drove off, and i think the medication and a stroke coming on is aload of sh*t, but the police went over the top i think. Then again, maybe they took it too serious. I can't decide haha. Surely they could have opened the door, or asked him to?

Doesn't look like they asked him to open it. Ridiculous.

Good to see a completely measured response from the police. Don't try and open the door, just smash the window, and getting on the bonnet - what the f*ck is that about!?

Unfortunately these Censored are above the law.

We have a camp of pikeys (sorry travellers) locally that the police wont move on because they are too scared to confront them. They have taken out an article in the paper suggesting that residents don't aproach them.

So much for they are there to protect the public.

Maybe they could send these guys down to deal with our pikeys.

Yes we have the same here, we call them "gypsys". Been here for around a year, maybe 2 almost. Police are too scared or say they don't have the rights. They don't pay tax and blah blah.

I agree what you said about how they just smashed it up rather than asking. Very silly.

Though i do think the sirens being an escort is just silly.

I laughed at this comment on The Sun's website...

" what was a 70 year old man who suffered a stroke doing driving a range rover"

I didn't realise people of a certain age and certain medical conditions weren't allowed to drive certain cars Laughing

Police did go a little OTT, I hope he's claiming for damage to his car, I know I would. 2006 Mercedes CLS
