Air con stopped working again

Had aircon recharged. May 2013 worked ok all summer. Recharged again may 2014 no fault showed up worked ok till last week no cold air must have a very small leak can't decide whether to leave till next summer & get it recharged or get it repaired suspect condenser may have small leak. Takes 3 months to lose gas pressure . Any ideas or advice welcome L322 td6. 2006 Thumbs Up

find out where the leak is and replace that part

as you have inferred most likely condenser , but may be somewhere else as well.

aircon people can inject a dye to trace leaks

the condenser is right at the front and easily gets hit by stones and road debris.. ... - .- -.

Oh right, nice, whoever that is.

Jaguar Land Rover quoted for seemingly a whole radiator when enquiried 🤔 There is a part # can see through front grill reads PDA000101.

Seems common fault, is it the whole aircon rad that needs changing and is the condensor in fact the aircon rad. As others have talked of some valve type part.

Lee that part number you have is for the electric fan on the front. I think the ac condenser rad is jrw00020 or jrw00024.

The best place I’ve used for this sort of stuff is glasgow radiator or g&m radiator.

As an example I got a new coolant radiator from them for my 4.2 a while back for about £130 ....it was stamped and labelled BEHR and was an original part. Couldn’t come close that price anywhere else online (I.e. £300) . So may be worth a try. V8 or else ...
