Which battery MY 2010

I keep getting the warning to start the engine as battery low its worrying although not caused me any problems. In my old car I just bought a Bosch S5 which was great, 5 yr warranty (actually replaced once under warranty). I don't think such a big battery will fit easily in my new car, there's an ECU in the way for starters so you boys in the 5.0 club what battery is the right one and is fitting just a case of banging it in and doing the stuff with the steering wheel? Geoff

United Kingdom

doesn't need to be the big 020 type for diesels as the petrol only needs a 800 amphr battery .. ... - .- -.

Just checked with last owner, new battery only 7 months ago so he reckoned I should keep my hand in my pocket - will stick it on charge and see what happens. Just to reiterate although I get the message it always starts easily, unlike my previous diesel, which just didn't start from time to time.

I think other than the charging I'll just leave it for now - Very Happy Geoff
