How easy is it to remove the headlining?

Anyone managed to do this without trashing the headliner? Mines the leather one BTW but I'd like to drop it out to put some sound deadener on the roof between windscreen and sunroof.

TIA. Dom.

Never done it on a FF but have done this on other cars and I'm considering changing the colour of the one in my FF. The key is a 2nd pair of hands, clean dry environment and careful planning. Methodically remove all handles, lights and trim. Removing the front seats might also help. Be firm but never forceful.

Yeah, big time Laughing

Anyway, just been out for another looksie and it looks most complicated around the sunroof. I reckon it's a job for the brave. If it wasn't for the sunroof I'd be straight in there but I'm a bit hesitant right now.

Its all very straight forward. BUT!!! You will need to support it everywhere and have several people to help drop it down without bending it (as its obviously leather) and WILL crease VERY easily...

The sunroof surround is simply held in place by a million small screws... Open the sunroof and look in from above and you will see the screws Thumbs Up
