I'm not sure if this is a good thing or not. Who do you moan to if things go wrong or build up a rapport with? |

Rockar will, they operate the stores/website on behalf of the manufacturer. They offer servicing, not sure about when it goes wrong. |

I haven't bought a new RR yet but if it's anything like buying new from dealers of other marques, they expend a lot of effort trying to sell what is available in the network rather than letting you specify the build.

I quite like the idea of fixed prices - I always feel like I might not have got the best deal |

I can see a problem cutting out the salesman... No one to offer logical advice on market trends etc etc...

Carwow - didn't get a single response when I submitted an enquiry for a new Range Rover - not one. |

A good dealer will always match a carwow price any way plus there are good deals on the Golf R every where. |

I've used Carwow for Bentley and had a good amount of success. |

I put a request out yesterday on CarWow for a 4.4 SDV8 Autobiography and have had 5 responses over the weekend with a saving offered of £7k from LR in Perth.
