I ordered these last week from an eBay seller. I didn't post at the time as I wanted to make sure when they arrived that they were the genuine thing and were new tyres before suggesting them to anyone else.

I made the guy an offer of £125 a tyre for 4 tyres and he accepted. So for £500 + £30 postage I have received 4 brand new Pirelli Scorpions in the correct size and rating.

The DOT code on the tyres says they were all manufactured in week 21 of 2014 so they're not old tyres that have been sitting on a shelf somewhere.

The cheapest I could find these tyres elsewhere was from Camskill I think for about £190 which was only delivered as well, so fitting was on top. I'm quite lucky in that I can fit and balance them myself but I wouldn't think it'd cost to much to have it done once the tyres are delivered.

I am in no way connected to the seller but just thought that was a cracking deal for anybody who is looking for a new set of 20" tyres.

i did something similar and bought 4 new RR tyres from the web, I took them to a high street new tyre dealer, and they fitted them at £15 each tyre and that included new valve/disposal/balancing/fitting to car etc.

Just what I need after my puncture/ hole in my rear tyre the other day, have Made him an offer on two thought I may as well have a spare so let's see what he says

If you can wait for a few days he usually lists them back up again.

Ok now I've got the tyres what's all this about TPMS valves needing to be replaced ?

I've just ordered four for £500

I needed two new tyres on the front due to badly worn outer edges, particularly on the off side, so I'm going to get the upper/lower arms checked, then a four wheel alignment 2007 Zermatt Silver TDV8 Vogue SE - now sold but was a great car!

Is there a chance that these tyres could be slight seconds in any way? Seems like a fantastic deal and I need four new tyres!
