Anyone any contacts for a decent wheel refurber near heathrow or in south east ? About to put my winters on and the summers could do with a spruce up

I have some AMG II's on my Mercedes E430 that were refurbished by BJV engineering. I've looked after the wheels very, very well indeed, but they have deteriorated appallingly and the standard of the work is not good.
I bought the wheels from a friend who had the work done by BJV and the wheels came to me without ever being fitted with tyres or indeed to a vehicle. A place to avoid, just read the reviews.

If you want what is almost certainly the best finish possible, head to Rimfurbish in West Brom. They are the refurbishing arm of Rimstock PLC who make wheels for Jaguar, Lotus and many other motor manufacturers.

Their refurbishing plant (if they still allow members of the public access these days) is well worth a tour. It is positively mind-boggling! The wheels go into a tank of acid, then are shot-blasted, then primed and then painted. If you have diamond cut, this happens after painting and then the final stage is the lacquering.

They have an array of finishes and do sometimes stock wheels that are ready-refurbished to swap out for some makes. Expect a two week turnaround time (I used them 4 years ago and they were doing around 500 wheels a week then!).
They are masters of their craft, but so good are the systems in place, it would be difficult for them to get it wrong.

IIRC, all the wheels from Mercedes-Benz dealerships (and others) go to Rimfurbish for repairs.
