would anyone know where to get the gearbox seal please, my L322 has started losing transmission fluid and making noise of fluid starve in the gearbox thanks

If you’re talking about the input lip seal (?) then you can get one from a ZF parts supplier, or Land Rover, or BMW or Jaguar. These are the part numbers (for the same identical part) so you can Google them:

ZF = 0750 111 254
Land Rover = RTC 5102
BMW = 24 31 1 422 671
Jaguar = JLM 10856
