If they haven't been used for a while they can smoke a bit, mine was terrible after it was changed, huge clouds of white smoke, but it was just burning off all the "newness".

Works fine now with no smoke.......At least it did last year! Bring on the cold. Thumbs Up There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

mine did smoke a bit on fire up and shut down, but i ran it on neat petrol a few times,it roared like a fighter jet plane for a bit and spat out a load of carbon out the exhaust,it has ran nice and clean since then

yep looking forward to a few frosty mornings(but not to many)

I believe the "smoke" I referred to is actually steam / vapour on cold mornings (mine doesn't smoke either going by the wee test run it had).

Has no one had this "smoke" on a frosty morning? I was led to believe it was not an isolated incident where someone alerted the owner to their car being on fire!! Laughing

Some diagnostic tools help this and allow you to do a burn cycle to clean all the crud out of them. The poor running comes from them not running a full cycle, short trips or the engine getting upto temp quite quickly shuts them down so they don't get hot enough.

Hook a battery charger up and set the times climate to go off in the middle of the night and it will then allow the battery to fully recover before you get to it in the morning Smile FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's
