Travel to Germany quite a lot & love it there. Holiday in France a lot & love it there... Nothing beats the Northern Irish people but they have rubbish weather!!!

I love it where I am in Cumbria. Great scenery, lovely roads (when it's out of tourist season), quiet and relatively unspoilt.

The good thing about New Zealand is the variety. You can go from the subtropical (well that is what they call it but I still think it is a bit too cold for that) to the "Scottish" south (Otago). You have the Fjords (Fjordland with LOTS of rain), the beaches (all over), the Southern Alps (great hiking, climbing, skiing), glaciers, rivers, volcanoes, forests etc.
