Been trying to get a response on a major service plus a check over of the general condition of the car and anything that could do with replacing.
So far I had lots of mails not responded to, calls not returned , idiots who can't understand what a general check over is or can't tell me what's covers on a major service and a quote for 1100 quid !

Last one to try is JE as they are close by may even get a tune if they are reasonable on the price .

Is it just me or is there that much work about people can not even do the basics of a call back ?

Your post title might get a better response if you use a term like, "recommend me an independent specialist near Coventry" or similar.

You probably will get a poor response if emailing garages and waiting for replies too.

Try these threads from the forum dealership and service feedback section.
