A quick Google by part number suggests there are plenty of aftermarket/non-OEM available on eBay and elsewhere.

r the reply, I have the cable however to use a modern iPhone you need an adapter to drop the voltage from 12v to 5v before the next adaptoer to change from the 30pin to the lightning connector.
