fuel injection system warning

so twice in past few days

car cut out. and warning on screen fuel injection system

leave it a min or so and its fine again

any ideas what it could be?

poss fuel pump on way out have hawkeye diagnostics for l322 td6 in the manchester area ,pm for deatalis.

The low pressure fuel pumps are not "robust" but luckily not expensive either , plenty of people on here have had problems and changed then them selves without difficulty. 2008 MY Supercharged
Rimini Red / Jet
four zone climate
remote park heater
and no ugly kid windows.

car has warranty insurance thing so have booked it into local indy for diagnose and quote for the insurance company

so i got into the hidden menus on the car

battery voltage, with stuff off is only 11.5v so know i need to replace but could this be the cause of the other issue?
