Need Help

Hi guys first post on this excellent forum.
Thinking of taking the plunge and upgrading to an RR from an LR3. Here's the dilemma, I can purchase a 2010 5.0l SC, with 19000km and full dealer service history and extended warranty or, for a slightly higher price, a 2012 (same model) with 55000 km's on the clock, same spec. What would you do? By the way, both cars are in excellent condition.
Cheers

Personally I would wait 12 months and get a 405. The 322 is good but I understand the 405 is even better and as they are a range rover, getting cheaper by the day... '96 Volkswagen Polo 1.4CL - SOLD
