How often do you put your FFRR into access height appart from to take photo's

I've had mine about 3months now and usually use it every time i'm going to be stopping to get out. The Mrs on the other hand who drives the RR most of the time never usess it, says she doesn't want it to break

Main question is how often do you put it into access height and does it need to be selected every now and again to keep everything workig as it should

I use it every time I park. I'm 6ft3in tall, so don't need too. But it's better for the seat bolster and the place I bought it told me it's better for the suspension to use it...

for me its remembering to use it..sometimes i forget and fall out of the ffrr...

My missus said "Whats that for ?" So I explained. Have to use it now, else I get "aren't you going to lower it ?"

Her indoors refuses to get out of the vehicle until lowered.

 Currently running FFRR MY10 TDV8 3.6L and a Disco 3 XS Commercial (tank like but very effective as a Company van). Plus one mint condition Track Day Car in the form of an E36 M3 3.2L Evolution circa June 1996 with lots of go faster bits and only 52k miles on the clock! Oh, plus a few bits to make it slow down really quickly as well! Luvverly.

Wife is 8 months pregnant so would fall flat on her face if I didn't lower it first.

It took some training for her to keep the door closed though cos the car stops moving as soon as you open the door.

I also found out that you can press the button before you stop and it starts to lower as soon as you stop. Clevrer eh  My Previous RR's!

I hit the button as I slow down to come onto my drive so by the time I stop, it is down to the access level. I also fold my wing mirrors in each night aswell as where I park my car is almost in line with my front door so it lowers the chance of the postie catching it with his bag!! Steve

Depends how tall you are really, it can help though. It definitely helps when you have smaller people getting in so they dont have to "jump" in. Getting out, i sometimes dont use them. But getting in they are helpful
