I had to change my battery last week and everything has been fine, up until yesterday, I thought the batteries in the Key Fobs might have needed changing as they wern't unlocking the car, so I changed them and they're still not working, I can still drive the car but it means unlocking it on the key which sets off the alarm until I turn the key in the ignition.
Does anyone have any ideas what it could be?.

Sounds a bit like the remotes have gone out of sync.
