the dealer did this to my td6 before i brought it but with subsequent rubbing with leather polish the dye started to come off, so be careful not to rub to hard as i did [queue the puns ] ... - .- -.

I thought I'd check in to see how the colour was wearing.

I used one of these kits on my Cayenne before I px/ed it for the RR. I had a cigarette burn on the passenger seat from a previous owner, which I never got around to sorting until the final week of ownership. Using this kit, I was able to fill in the hole and stain it. It was truly an invisible repair. Took a few hours, but well worth it. Best thing I have ever bought from eBay. |

I spoke with the guys @Furnitureclinic. It seems that since my car has the semi-analine leather the repair process that they supply won't work, as it's coated to stop it absorbing the fluid that they use to recolour the seat? Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue

Its wearing pretty well. Will try and upload some pictures. I still haven't got around to doing the passenger seat. maybe that's a job for the xmas break. On the whole I`m still really pleased with the results. Shames it can`t be used on the later model L322's. I thought it would apply to all leather seats but sounds like that's not the case. |

They tell me that the semi-analyne needs to use their leather colouring kit but should work.
