Yes, the cyclist was at fault...
He should have been on the cycle path, paid road tax, had a number plate, gave way to a motor vehicle...

ive been behind a car doing that to a motorcyclist, and the guy flew into sort of slowmotion somersault, and landed on two legs, and ran a few steps before falling. it really shook me up. the guy actually got up and went at the driver with both gloved hands and punched the daylights out on him. . horrible when you see something like this on the streets.

guess that's also another carbon bike destroyed. at least £1000.

As much as it bugs me to see a cyclist not taking car of their own safety, when they don't use the cycle path provided for them, in this case the cycle lane is blocked by numerous vehicles an at the point of the accident there is no cycle lane 56 TDV8 Vogue SE

Half wit in 4*4 seems to be diving across the pavement. Another half wit motorist who is either blind or complacent in his tin box causes the crash, and WTF is Road Tax? Geoff
