Most uneconomical way to cut grass...

A lot of people moan about the cost of running a logic topper due to the fuel consumption of the Briggs & Stratton V-Twin engine mounted on the top when combined with the running costs of a quad bike.

Today as it was roasting hot and I had grass to top I thought I'd do it in air conditioned comfort... I'm sure there isn't a more uneconomical way to cut the grass Whistle

Trip computer was showing an average of 2.9mpg.

Have since had the puncture fixed this afternoon and put the matching wheel back on the car too! Productive day all round Laughing 2002 4.6 Vogue SE - Alveston Red with Lightstone Leather

We've got over 50 sheep but there's parts that they don't go to... Parts that even a P38 probably shouldn't go to... It did though Very Happy 2002 4.6 Vogue SE - Alveston Red with Lightstone Leather

Just hot and uncomfortable in the heat and had a load of thistles and nettles that needed topped!

Job done, means I can get the engine back in the track car tomorrow now.

2 the same as the nearside front! The rear one I managed to get a screw in this morning coming out of the workshop and it went down quickly so I flung the nearest thing I had on which was that 16" wheel. It's back on it's set of 4 18" ones now as I took it to get the puncture done this afternoon.

Fraid not.

I'm sure I've got a set of 4 of nearly all the 18" variants LR did for the P38 so I probably could do it.

If I get really bored one day I might!
