I've noticed that the only running-in advice in the handbook refers solely to the V6 petrol, a model not sold in the UK (the dealer and I checked, I have the correct books for UK).

Still waiting to hear from the dealer, but does anyone have any specific LR guidance on running-in? I'm otherwise applying common sense of avoiding high revs, full throttle and long periods of constant speed/gear etc, etc until I just can't stand the frustration any longer...!

Up to 1,000 miles, now, I may capitulate this w/e...
