The car isn't big enough so you want to buy a GL? Is a GL bigger than a fattie? Previously..

Yes, its not the price you can achieve for yours right now - its the actual 'cost to change' - its the net difference in-between thats the important number, not the actual price you achieve for selling yours. If you are buying and selling a 4x4 in summer, the likelihood is your cost to change is less than in the winter, even if the actual price you achieve for yours is less than you would expect in winter.

Them GL's are enormous. I walked past one in the office car park the other day and nearly couldn't escape it's gravitational field. |

cheers gary, so as you see boot space considerably larger in the merc for example.... the FFRR has a similar size boot to the 5 series, but the problem is a lot of the space is in the height which isn't that useable, the main space in FFRR is in the the front and back seats.... this is why when we all go skiing for a couple of weeks i have to put a massive top box on and a back box which is a pain in the arse....

In terms of interior, suspect a Discovery is a more practical family choice than a GL (even if it's not quite as big with five seats up). |
