For your car, you should only fit 255 50 20. Stay away from the RRS tyres which I think are 275's. Apparently they don't fit properly. My Previous RR's!

Land Rover only specify one size for the FFRR with 20 inch rims, so I'd stick with that.

No, frankly. They are designed for the RRS, not the FFRR. They could also invalidate your insurance.

There's a long thread I started about tyre sizes for 20" wheels

I had 275/45/20's on mine for about 2 months totally useless in the wet and the increase in road noise the tyres are still in my garage collecting spiders .........

best either sticking with 255/50/20's or 19's .............

there are a few sellers selling 275/45/20 tyres/wheels on ebay claiming they are original range rover, but consensus here is that 255/50 are better...you are the blokes who know best so i'll look for 255/50's..thanks all

When I got my spare alloys and tyres I found many people didn't know the difference between RRS and FFRR, they are just a 'Range Rover' and "it'll fit mate", was the answer I generally got. Rolling Eyes

If I wanted another set of alloys with off road tyres, do I need to worry about the tyre pressure sensors if I switch them around?

I have had conflicting advice on this.

I have a 2007 4.2 s/c Vogue SE.

No, you will just get a warning about TPMS failure.

You soon get used to it. I have.

I lived with TPMS warnings for 6 months....

Amazing how we all survived without these gizmos once upon a time and life was easier Discovery 4 HSE
