World Rally Special Edition???

Something not quite right here - AFAIK LR never did a World Rally Special Edition so where did Saxtons find this which looks like it's a Monte Carlo Blue .......................... maybe it's an old style Autobiograpghy.

When I went to Saxtons this very FFRR was in the showroom.
And it's a very nice colour I have to say, although in my personal opinion being such a light colour it would look better without the tinted windows.

I nearly forgot I went for a TDV8...

I wondered the same when i seen it ........

On saying that (always meant to take a pic) there is someone here in Puerto Banus who has a FFRR and on each side just behind the vents he has decals saying

55th Anniversary Edition

Must be a friggin Timelord .......... Laughing

Fox, LR had a shade of light metallic blue called Monte Carlo Blue, and the L322 I had was one of them:

Yes they looked much better with privacy, but not many of them went off roading when they were only 3 weeks old like mine. In this part of Scotland is was quite a popular colour for all the LR models of the time 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes

England 2004 Range Rover Vogue Td6 Zermatt Silver

Mick didnt you have one in this blue for your avatar some time ago?

I actually really like it especially with the sun shining it would look superb.

I remember seeing a similar colour on a Bentley GT Con in PB and it looked stunning although maybe wouldnt work so well in the UK and would look a bit blingy

When I took that car to Soilhull for a "Home of the Legend" day the team leader referred to Monte Carlo Blue rather rudely............................... they mentioned in the same sentence as Hair Dresser........................... I still see a MK1 L322 Vogue round here in Monte CaRLO with parchment and blue piping and privacy - mine was Monte Carlo with Navy hide/Parchment piping and Parchment pillars and roof lining. 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes

United Kingdom 2013 Range Rover Vogue SDV8 Corris Grey

Going off the advert, it says Prodrive in its name, suggesting that they have done it and would also explain the colour which appears to be that of most of the Subaru wrx/wrc cars. Maybe they did it to celebrate Subaru in Rallying (LR support cars maybe?). Steve

Other car : Vauxhall Lotus Carlton
Past cars : FFRR L322 Vogue TD6 SE (Sept 2006 MY07) ; LandCruiser SWB ; 4-Runner ; Supras; XJS V12 LeMans
