Upper Tailgate Glass to lower Metal panel fixing

How does the upper tailgate glass fix to the panel at the bottom of the uppor tailgate?

I ask because mine seems to be loose at one end, and when it has been raining opening the tailgate results in a significant amount of water pouting out of the tailgate. fortunately into the door shut rather than the boot, but still, its something I would like to address.

its bonded on the same as windcreens.

The upper tail gate has a complete frame which the glass is stuck to. Unlike say a Citroen AX where the glass forms the structure

It's bonded on like the front screen .
The front has a rubber pieces at the top (sides and bottom covered by removable plastic pieces)
And the rear screen has a rubber at the bottom .
If it's the rubber pieces you're talking about I can get you part numbers later as I just replaced all mine on Monday .

If it's the glass leaking you're talking about , to check for leaking screens get a nearly empty fairy liquid squeeze bottle and mix around 50-50 with water .
Squeeze the liquid all around the screen while an assistant inside squirts all around the inside with a can of dust-buster if you don't have a compressor .
Obviously a compressor hose is better !!!
If you see bubbles appearing , you found your leak Laughing
