Only at slow speeds, especially noticeable when stopping, thought it was a stone as disappeared for a week or so, now back again! Off to the garage Monday i think |

I did used to get a screeching/graunching noise at low speed (usually when parked or parking), turning wheel to left only. Noise occured when not moving too! Only happened in very cold weather (or weather was very cold at the time!?!) Went away @ 3 years ago, and never came back. .

Sounds like a dry ball joint... Quite often customers come in and you can just turn the steering wheel and there is a very loud graunch/squeak... Almost always a dry balljoint |
