Did you get to the bottom of this fault please? I believe I may be experiencing something similar on my 2007 3.6 TDV8

any news on that? i have some weird failure which shows sometimes. now the engine is "shaking" when i power it off, sounds like the visco unit is touching somewhere... its also a td6

Never managed to get to the bottom of the mysterious vibration, just got used to it on the FF. I have had the FF in to a few places to look at the engine mounts, hubs, wheel bearings, etc., ... even the servotronic valve (which the garages involved have not swapped out for a new one, as requested by me, instead claiming it's 'something else than that').

Just wish I had a decent double garage at home, so I could get under the FF (safely and with a bit of space to work), rather than just putting up with the vibration. But, HEY HO...At least it's definately not the TQ at fault
