just wondering if JLR have managed to sort out the various problems/niggles over the last couple of months ? - (obviously the knocking noise remains the main fault) is anyone suffering from other faults on recently delivered vehicles ? otherwise is everyone enjoying their new RRs ?

Superb vehicle.... Loads of positive comments / head turning / etc... Didn't get that with my l322's. chalk n cheese comparing with my 2012 Westminster I p/x.. No faults except knocking ( but only occasionally, just driven 50 miles and quiet!). However, in tomorrow for inspection, have a rrs supercharge as replacement for two days......

im on me second L405 and added together 14 recalls and faults so far , not that clever

A great car when it works and looks stunning but niggles hmm more like BIG FOPARS Far to many gone...

how many faults and how many recalls in the newest vehicle ? do you think JLR is getting their act together ? would you buy another L405 ?

Own mine now for a year, done 26000km. Not a single problem so far.

i think they have got worse IMO , 2 new Land Rovers in last 7 months both have issues

Have 2 pals both had cars replaced 1 x Sport 1 x L405 Far to many gone...

both my 5.0 and 4.4 AB's knock , bang and squeak lol

3.0 with non active seems okay when we have had a loaner Far to many gone...

Pain is the 3.0 is so compared to the 4.4 or the 5.0 not just power but handling as well Far to many gone...

I had a list of about 7 niggles (knocking being one if them) from new.

Went in and came out all sorted....bar the knocking.

will the knocking get fixed at some stage ?

There is no fix at the moment.

They are supposed to be developing a new valve block for the ARC which is in testing at the moment. I am beginning to wonder though if it has been tested and it is not a solution as it seems to have been in test for some time. I wonder if it's complete BS and there is no solution in the pipeline at all.

Was due last September , then January and so on Far to many gone...

Was this on L322's as well as I can hear knocking on dirt tracks?
