Okay, naughty. But what about all the red tape around a death certificate, then the bureaucrats don't even read their our paperwork when it comes to traffic fines.

So the only reason she got caught was because she tried to get a passport for her dead husband. So when a speeding ticket comes through you could put any dead persons name down and so long as they had a driving license and you don't apply for a passport for them you would get away with it.
