Nearside Mirror dipping problem

The dipping mirror function on my RR is not working. When selected the mirror constantly moves up and down and in and out a little. Confused Rolling Eyes

I don't/won't use this function however if it is an easy fix, I will do it.

So over to you guys, IS it an easy fix or should I just ignore it?

I'm guessing there could be an obstruction or something broken behind the mirror that stops it going to where it needs to, so it may restart the dipping process.

You can, as you prob know, move the left / right selection button on the top of the drivers door and it will disable the feature.

Prob need to take it apart for diagnosis.

As a side note, have another look at your profile settings as when it's all setup you have a little car symbol under your post count at the side of the flag.
