Thanks Graham went to the local audi dealers today and had a look at a couple of a8 also looked at a q7 but that's a no go.

Mixture of town and motorway averages 22 mpg on a long run 28 mpg my 4.2 tdi only averaged 26 mpg mid 30 on a run. |
