Landrover InControl App

I have just picked up my new car.

I specced it with the InControl App and have just tried to register it. LR says that the VIN is not recognised.

I have asked the dealer to check it has been fitted as I have been charged.

Does anyone have this on their L405 and if so, how can I check whether I have it or not?

You can go to Topix,

http://topix.landrover.jlrext.com/topix/vehicle/lookupForm

Register and look up the build sheet with the VIN and see if it is listed.

Other things would be is the app working i.e. deleted and re-downloaded and I presume the VIN is correct?

Hasn't been added to my car. Will be getting a refund by the looks of things from the dealer.
