The ratchet sockets make it worth while for me though as they are great for certain spaces where a socket wont fit Smile FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

I got the 150 piece set and the.8 screwdrivers free for £79.99 last year when they were on offer.

The socket wrench failed 2nd time I used it, and due to lifetime guarantee, was replaced without question.

No issues since.

Very happy with it.

Thumbs Up 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8

You want to get yourself a trade card. I picked up the 60 - 300NM pro torque wrench for £47 last week instead or £84.95! 06MY 4.4 V8 Autobiography Cairns Blue with Navy & Parchment Interior

I dont think i'd qualify for a trade card and i dont think they offer trade discount ontop of already discounted kit Sad

I'm happy with what i got the set for anyway, only wish they offered a metal case for the items instead but it weighs a fair bit as it is but would prefer something more longer lasting Smile FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

I've got the older version of that - tools are great, but the hinges on the case broke fairly quickly Big Cry

They should replace the case as part of the liffetime guarantee.

A chap had his replaced when I read the reviews for the one I bought.

But yes, a metal case would be stronger. 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8

make sure you write 'TOP' on the lid, its a sod to put it all back in when you open it upside down. Shocked

I have thought about getting a metal empty case about the same size or a bit bigger and drilling it out Smile FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

If your case gives up the ghost but the tools are ok you can try asking for a new case, they gave me one foc when I tried it.
It was over 25 years old though. Thumbs Up

To be honest I prob would get them to replace it but have always preferred a metal encasement for tools, my dads draper one lasted 30 years before a hinge rusted thru and it's taken some serious abuse!

Mind you it weighs a decent amount in the plastic case alone. FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's
