Front pdc/Auto unlockf/radio presets by seat memory

Morning all, I have recently taken delivery of a MY 2011.5 VSE, and early usage has led to a few newbie questions which I wonder if I can pick your brains on please.

I noticed that the front parking sensors do not activate during slow speed manoeuvring unless you either engage them via the "P" button on the dash or you have selected reverse first. On my last car all the parking sensors became operational automatically below a certain speed is that functionality available? (even via an IID tool or something)

Also is it possible to set all doors to unlock when turning the engine off, or when unlocking the drivers door?, I want them to lock as you move off, so not wishing to disable that functionality. (Again IID?)

Can you lower the car to access height after turning the engine off because I keep forgetting it at the moment, or can it do it automatically as per door unlocking above somehow?

If I were to enable DRL's via an IID tool which lights would come on? I have seen this question asked but not the answer yet

Finally I heard it mentioned that radio presets can be linked to the key used or the seat memory (mine or the wife's) is that correct or have I misunderstood?

Thanks to all who gave contributed to my FFRR education so far Smile 2016 (L405) Autobiography in Black with Ivory - for ULEZ

Wouldn't front PDC's that come on automatically at slow speed become annoying in queuing traffic?

less annoying than driving into a post in B&Q's car park because the front parking sensors didnt come on as I drove into a space (which very nearly happened)! 2016 (L405) Autobiography in Black with Ivory - for ULEZ

thats what the manual button is for... Wink

as said the fronts dont activate unless the rears have first..

drl's would be the main lights,

access is only available via the button on the door and on the centre console..

and i think you're right re the pre-sets, i'm sure thats talked about in the manual. ... - .- -.
